I get sever headache while studying. I am unable to represent what I studied in exam. Also I can't control my thoughts, I am unable to concentrate on studies due to family issues. I often suffer with headache due to breathing problem. I breath only with one nostril, the other is blocked partially. Please give me some tips to help me to gain concentration and also to reduce my headache.
