I cant sleep till 3 am or sometime whole night not even get drowsiness in day so can i take natrol melatonin 3mg or 10 mg or some other brand is it safe to take is realy effective its it a sleeping pill pl advice

Can take but not work regularly . as these are only restore sleep cycle during jetleg. Better u start other drugs.
