Hi please advise.. due to work stress and shift changes for the past 3 months, from morning after waking up, mild headache and dizziness feeling almost every day.. I have seen reviews of melatonin 3mg/10mg tablets sold in Amazon which gives relaxed sleep.. can we use it for a few days..
