Hello I am 48 years old and I have dark melasma on my face most of them on my cheek bones and near eyes. Please suggest something to remove them.

Melasma treatment totally depends how dark pigmentation looks and how large the patches are... Sometimes simple creams would be sufficient and in some cases oral tablets will also be given
