Is melasma related to sun effect pls clarity me .because I used half helmet hence my chins will not cover in traffic .so pls advice .and my skin getting oily face what I have to use any creams for avoid oilyness from face pls tell

Yes, melasma is a disease which gets worse in sunlight. You need to cover the rest of the face with a mask or cloth in addition to the helmet and also use a good sunscreen.
