My doctor suggests me to use meftal-p syrup 8th hourly, if fever is high. How many days can i give meftal with paracetamol syrup?

I personally do not recommned Meftal-P. You can try Ibugesic. But always better to consult your pediatrician each time, so that you take recommended doses. A child was brought to me recently with severe liver injury secondary to paracetamol because of self-treatment
