I have been advised the below medicines for my RCT tooth Metogyl 400mg Zerodol sp Could you please tell me what is this for?

Metrogyl is to control the infection and Zerodol SP is a painkiller. It releibes pain & also controls inflammation around the tooth. Thus allowing a quick and comfortable root canal procedure
