Hi doctor I've a question that could I take L-Carnitine for fat loss.As my body fat pecentage is 30% and it's not decreasing for the past 15 months. I'm currently going gym and excersing hard but my body fat % remains same and fluctuates 2-3% down and I cannot see any improvement.On the other hand I've a positive result of my muscle building.
Please suggest me that should I take L-Carnitine or not.
Kindly suggest me supplement for fat loss and muscle gain like l cartien testosterone etc when to take
