Medicine for Acute migrane attack

When I am exposed in very hot climate or under direct sunlight that makes me sweat I get acute migraine attack, which makes me extremely nauseous, sensitive any light and sound, extreme irritation in the whole body, extreme sweating. Please recommend me a medicine for immediate help. Thank you

Are you diagnosed with the migraine? If you’re diagnosed with migraine, then maybe extreme sun is a trigger for you, if not then just might be a headache due to extreme heat

First of all, your diagnosis may be wrong. It is not migraine due to Sunlight, but it is heat exhaustion (which is much more common than migraine due to Sunlight). For further information you may consult with me on Practo.
