My tsh level is 7.6 and hemoeglobin is 8.9,iron is 25 so pls suggest medication.m having digestion issue like I need to have every alternate day pantop tablet.liver function tests are normal.

Start Eltroxin Tablet 50 mcg daily empty stomach and take capsule Autrin daily in afternoon.
