Consult a psychiatrist online for evaluation and counselling. Medicines that you’re taking will help with depression, anxiety and insomnia. Do you have adequate help at home?.
Health Tips
1) good diet, daily schedule for baby naps and feeding, stay active & adequate hydration. 2)Take adequate rest and take help from spouse w.r.t childcare.

Increase night time Nexito dose, take dose after feeding your baby. Have you develop these symptoms recently or they present from long time like scaring at night time or some one is looking at me, need some detail about it. Rest add some relaxation and indoor exercise like yoga aerobics etc.
