Hi Dr. My mother has recently been tested with HbA1C = 6.3. She has been taking Glizid 40mg tablets for 8 years now. Could you please suggest any other medicine more effective than this? Thanks!

Hb1Ac is 6.3 which suggests good control... If I want to change the medication u need to consult doctor as we require lot of other things to see in patient to decide which is best drug for particular patient.....!!
