Medical certificate

2023-06-04 11:44:33
I went to a remote village, and fell ill there. I had irregular fevers, headache, cough and constipation problems for about 2 weeks. Since yesterday I have been feeling well, and want to rejoin my college from June 6, Tuesday. I want a medical certificate to submit at my college. How to get it because here in the village some general "Hakim" who doesn't have any degree treated me, he can't provide a medical certificate and this is a completely remote village. How to get the certificate?

You must be having some clinic near your College.  Please try to get a Medical Certificate from there.
