Hi doctor, I got my abortion done by taking mifepristone and misoprostol one on 23rd and on 25th Jan. after a week ai did a follow up ultrasound and a week after TVS, it shows RPOC of 1.7 * 1.5 cm in the fundus. I have attached the reports. My doctor gave me another 3 days course of misoprostol 200 mg twice daily. The pregnancy test kit today still shows positive with mild fainted line on T. She recommended now beta hcg test and based on that to do D & C. My query is whether D & C is really required and can this rpoc come out during the next period cycle.
