I had a medical abortion done almost 12 days back with mifegest kit for a 6 weeks pregnancy. My doctor told me that the bleeding won't persist for more than 10 days but I'm still spotting. Kindly suggest a medicine or remedy

Bleedin beyond ten days is suggestive of incomplete abortion U need a repeat ultrasound to confirm the same U will hv to proceed with surgical evacuation
