I'm unable to sleep last night because I started 2 new medicines yesterday... siphane m 25 mg and becadexamin multivitamin capsules.. Both medicine have side effects of sleeplessness or not? It's has this common side effects or not and how to get out of this.. Doc prescribed me 1 siphane m in night and becadexamin multivitamin capusle 1 in morning.. Can I used both in morning to get out of this sleeplessness..Help me out please

Side effects profile of Clomiphene does not show any evidence of sleeplessness, but side effects may be different sometimes for some people, so if the sleep issue started after taking medication, then better stop the medication and see, but consult the treating physician first and discuss with him.
