I think I am suffering from PCOS so I want to know that hempushpa tonic is beneficial in this case or not? Because I am 19 yrs old and my periods are missing from last 8 months because I am obese and lazy person. Please tell me can I take hempushpa because it is a Ayurvedic tonic.
