Maxillary swelling above 1st premolar

It has been 3 month to This maxillary swelling above the 1st premolar . While eating feels pain in 1st premolar & also feels that it will fall . Now i'm going through RCT in 1st premolar.but swelling is same as before .tell me how long it will take to disappear this swelling.
