I masturbate 3-4 times a week (in my free time) and take atleast 2-3 hours (usually) to ejaculate . Is there any harm to my penile tissue for taking such long time (i dont go rough) .i breath too heavily while doing and hence i feels little numbness in my body Does masturbation affect health ? I have patchy beard .is it connected to this ? Will it cause premature ejaculation in future ?

ur late ejaculation problem having 2 reason 1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion 2- medical as sex hormone etc better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly rather than just blind treatment
