What you are talking about, sounds like what we call depersonalization. Masturbation is normal and okay unless it hampers functioning or you are doing that excessively. The thing to be concerned about is your stress. What is the stress about and how to cope up is what should be focused on - is what I feel. Also, are there any other symptoms?
