I practice everyday approximately. I am addicted from more than 10 years. I have tried all things as I can do. But I fail to do so. I am confused, depressed, unhappy boy. Mood swing is also my biggest problem. I am confused about my career field whereas I am civil engineer working in private with no busy routine suppose no work here. Please give me medicine as I am unable 😔 to change my habit. I think for big achievement but I am not doing anything for achievement. Please save my life. I ruined my life. For rest 2-3 years I want to do for my betterment.
