Does masturbating while watching porn have the same effects on health as masturbating while not watching porn? If not, then how similar are they? I was addicted to watching porn and masturbate while watching porn  once or twice in a month since 40 years. Now my age is 60. And i gave up watching porn and masturbation for three years.what will be the affects of masturbating to porn on my health.

Since you are 60 now and stopped the same, which isn't wrong in first place, do not be unduly worried regarding the same. Masturbation is a healthy form of sexual outlet and doing so after porn is normal and hrthy behavior only. Consult a psychiatrist if the same doubt keeps coming again and again in your mind.
