I understand your pain and I know it's not easy to be juggling work, childcare, house and family. Add to that the pressures at home and it can seem like an overload.
Often when we are stressed and have a lot going on, it's impossible to even think clearly or explore solutions. Self care becomes the last thing on the list. It seems like you need help just slowing down, taking things one day at a time.
It's important to discover ways to also communicate and bond with your husband and family. This can ease a lot of stress for you.
