Hello, i did my bp today first manually it was 120/70 while lying down and then next minute while sitting on chair using digital machine it was 145/98 so which one is more accurate?? Please reply manual or digital

Digital BP instruments are very sensitive.While recording the BP ,take 3 readings 1 minute apart .Take the average of the last 2 readings.Measure the BP while you are sitting upright with your legs uncrossed,arm at the heart level.
