Not interfering with the medicines I would suggest alternative medicine side by side with your regular medicine, start meditation twice a day for 15mins each session, that will help you focus and insomnia will be eradicated with a huge decrease in the effect of depression or other stress related functions. I would request you to start writing down points of your success and view it everyday for 10-15 days and start feeling proud of your great work. Also focus on the important things in life and before taking a decision, give it 2mins (120 secs) to finalize, this will improve the quality of your work, reduce errors and improve your self confidence
