Hi my father had a kidney transplant 2 months back he had an infection in between and his wbc count increased to 30,000 but now they are around 12000 today but his lymphocytes increased to 44 is it ok cause I heard lymphocytes increases after an infection

Lymphocytes increase might be because of infections specific to transplant or might be medication related Better to consult your Nephrologist. Its Imperative to be under follow up in the initial few months after transplant, require strict follow up...
