In my ultrasound sound report it's shows multiple lymph nodes swelling What should I do Is it treatable or not ?

Lymph nodes usually mean Infections. Depending on what SYMPTOMS you have. Sometimes other non Infective causes can also be there. Appropriate ANTIBIOTICS course should be started. If it responses to them then good other wise more chronic causes need to be ruled out.
