From 2 years my lymph nodes in under arm is swelling for 2 to 3 days and goes normal  in  days they are pain ful and that cycle continuously occur I have done CBC also , CBC is normal.plz assist me it dangerous or not. Body observation : pimple on face or back. Back pimple red in colour
