Lymph node tuberculosis

We noticed swelling of lymph node near neck area. As per suggestion from the doctor, did a FNAC & Mantoux. The result appeared positive, therefore started with AKT-4 on 1st week of December 2016. After 2 weeks of medication, started noticing that size of the existing lymph node has reduced, but new node has appeared near the ear. From past two weeks we are observing swelling of lymph node (2 nodes) near the groin area. Is this expected? Also during her medication of 7 weeks, she has lost around 2.5 of weight. I would appreciate if we can get some advice with the observed issue. Would share all the test/diagnostic report if needed.

If new nodes are appearing in spite of anti-TB treatment, then other conditions need to be considered. FNAC is not ideal. Biopsy may yield accurate diagnosis.
