Lupus and hypothyroidism

I have a SLE Lupus from 2010 also hypo thyroid and recently flare up, so would like to know what about the food restrictions for both illness.

its a common form of lupus. add more veggies and fruits in your diet.avoid fried ,high carbohydrate foods
