My lunulas in fingers are never visible but in last week my lunula in both thumbs have come out and apparently visible. I feel scared. is it bad? Photos attached

Lunula getting large i.e, macrolunula is some diseases like thyroid  disorder, leprosy ,etc u need to meet a dermatologist .....
