Lumpy white stretchy creamy discharge

I had this discharge today. I am 29w+4d today. Is it a sign of infection or signs of impending labour? Should I go to the hospital immediately for this? The hospital is an hour away, so trying to avoid false alarms. Please help. Discharge picture attached.

Any itching? If not cud be normal vaginal discharge Watch for contractions If u hv 3 in ten min each lasting 40 sec plus immediately reach out to a Dr in person
