Lumps on left nipple

Am 42 years old male guy and have these lumps on my left nipple. It does not pain however at times fuss comes out.

Painless lumps needs to be checked as soon as possible . Go to a general surgeon and get checked. It can either be a infection or some growth that needs proper management.
