Lumps in leg

Hello Doctors I have some lumps in my leg , abdomen chest ,Etc. Under skin.Some are very soft ,Some not...There are Lumps over shin bone (movable tiny one).I went to doctor He after physical examination said it's lipoma.What should I do.He didn't do any test,but well experienced.He feeled it and said.Some lumps is like filled with fluid.What should I do next?Nothing visible outside.Except few which appears when I flex my leg muscle.What is it?
