My 12 year old daughter has been complaining of pain for a while in her joints. She has started comparing of pain under her right arm for the past 2 days. It appears slightly swollen and there is also a palpable small lump. I have given her some pain relief but she is still in a lot of pain and cannot put her arm down due to this pain.
