I am 28 years old.i have a lump in my throat.when it's small I do many tests including many test.but result is negative.now it's quite increase.doctor hope that it is cancerous lump and give me cancer screening test.what it is

Get yourself examined by an ENT specialist or Cancer specialist. Please post all your previous investigations relevant to your lump.  There are many conditions related to a swelling in neck or throat. Meet a doctor.
