I have lump on skin located on hand,thigh and back.it was not visible but recently i started exercising and now it is visible.what is it and what to do?

It's a lipoma. It's harmless. No medication can get rid of it. It needs surgical removal. Consult a plastic surgeon for minimal scar. If in Blore u can come to my clinic.
