Lump on left buttock

Few days ago I have been undergone HSG test during a pain killer injection was given on left buttock but a lump has been on on injection site. Please suggest treatment.

It could be abcess at the injection site or a hematoma with induration .Abcees is usually painful and needs to be evaluated clinically.If not painful,Apply hot water pack locally and hirudoid cream.
