Having lump on my head (right-side back of head)..done MRI scan 3 yrs back which didn't reveal anything serious. So I left it like that. Somehow for the past few weeks I am having head pain when I press on the lump/lipoma. What could it be? I'm worried

If it is Lipoma it is not serious but it is better to get it removed & get a biopsy done. Sometimes if the swelling is pressing on some important structure, it gives symptoms
