Lump near anal and no motion

Lump formed near anal opening. I checked up with piles doctor he said it's a blood clot. Before one day the formation of lump I took raw vodka 250 ml with chicken. I thought it's due to heat but till the date it's not cured. And feeling week and tired from 3 days continuously. It is sign of rectal cancer? Please help me with this situation doctor.

Please meet a gastroenterologiat or general surgeon ..could be hemorrhoidss or skin tags with anal fiasure.. Needs proctoscopy and clinical examination..
