Lump like growth in upper abdomen

My husband is having a hard lump like growth in his right side upper abdomen below rib cage for more than two years. its a small growth and cant be seen from outside but can be felt if pressed. We have seen two different doctors both of them told its fat diposition and nothing to worry about. But still i feel worried as it is hard. want some suggestions
