Lump in underarm during lactation

She delivered a baby 8 days back. She is having pea sized lump in her underarm. It has mild pain. Is it due to breastfeeding? How to manage?

Nothing to worry about it It will regress after u stop lactating By ur description it is axillary tail of breast tissue in ur underarms

THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NORMAL DURING BREAST FEEDING AND GETS BETTER AFTER STOPPING THE SAME BUT NEEDS CORRECTION IF STILL ENLARGED

It is usual in lactating mothers.but better to show it to a doctor.any fever??then take dolo or crocin

It is normal Cold compression,,, Few Brest tissue are there in underarm ( normal ) si she is having the problem

Hi. You will have to show the lump in person to a dr . Mean while you can start on tab Dolo 650 mg after food .twice a day .
