Hi dr , my daughter is three years old. she is having lump or bump on her hair scalp on head. on the top it is red colour. what it is cause. am getting fear of it. pls give me some suggestions. either she is having infection ? or other case. she is having lices and nits in her hair. she is having itching on whole body with rashes
