WHY don't you examine yourself? You are so expert that you have been taking injections yourself. You didn't tell us what injection you have been taking and why .

You can apply an ice pack 3 times daily for 2-3 days.If is an hematoma it will resolve on its own over a few days to weeks. However if you find the overlying skin red and warm , it's an abscess and need to be seen by a doctor as you may need antibiotics

You can try applying ice 3-4 times daily. If the overlying skin looks inflamed then you should get it examined by a general physician and rule out an injection abscess.May require antibiotics with anti-inflammatory.
