Hi I found lump in lower back , sometimes i am getting pain in that lump , please let me know what is this and how to get rid of that?

What size is the lump? Any discharge or pain? Any ultrasonography done?

Likely it's either sebaceous cyst or pilonidal cyst Please visit the surgeon or consult on video conf.
