I have noticed a lump kinda thing i n my right hips and I thought it will become a boil... But there was no boil... And now it has become hard and is painful as well... Plz suggest...whom should I see

Hello! A lump that is hard and painful could have a lot of differentials. Without examining or looking at photos it is difficult to comment. If it is in skin it could be an abscess. It could be originating from bone ...cannot be sure with the complaints that you have given. Better to first visit a dermatologist.
