Managing lumps on both sides of your cheeks would depend on the underlying cause. It's important to consult a doctor  physically for a proper diagnosis. They might recommend tests, imaging, or a physical examination to determine the cause. Once the cause is identified, the appropriate treatment plan can be discussed, which might include medication, surgery, or other interventions.
