Lump in armpit

From many years i have a lump underarm which is gradually growing but its painless. Also i am having rough dead skin around it, I dont know which doctor to consult for this. Can you help pls. Regards Priscilla

It is more likely ,the swelling could be an accessory breast , Better consult plastic or General surgeon.
