Lumber disc prolapse

2018-07-06 18:30:12
On may 2nd, 2018, I had the L5-S1 slip disc on my lumber spine. Normal Treatment were started after about 2nd week of the incident as I was not aware of the severity of this scene. But as the situation were not improving, my local doctor told me to consult an orthopedic surgeon. Currently, I'm under physiotherapy treatment and it's been 2 weeks. Pain has significantly reduced. My question is that, can I workout in the gym after recovery? Please help me out.

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
