Considering your complaint that lowering of gums is called gingival recession... initially the severity of the gingival recession has to be examined and further treatment procedures will be done accordingly... severe gingival recession can make your teeth loose... so kindly consult a Periodontist ( Gums Specialist ) as soon as possible and get the necessary treatment done sir...!!
